On day one you’re excited. This is a new journey! And then reality sets in from the fact there is no exit plan regarding emergencies and the GM refuses to get us REAL SECURITY! The Front Doors were doommunlocked all night just recently. and someone will die with immobile folks on upper floors and one elevator, food like milk that is sour and watered down juices, dirty dishes with crude on the bottoms that cause them to be stuck to the table. There’s a severe understaffing and the Rogue GM intimidates and bullies anyone who doesn’t want to cover. The office staff are smiling y5incompetence of office staff who want you to sign a lease that is financially predatory and no standards that would demonstrate equal application of policies. There is no connection visible between the facility and the Big Guys in Kentucky because this facility is not quite on thinancial predatory issues that the GM and the fiscal manager could not explain when I requested clarification. She’s a General Manager whose MGMT persona is a combination of arrogance, passive aggressive actions and breathing fit Wage laws are ignored and the tenants get to live in a toxic working employees like indentured servants. They recently lost two employee class action type lawsuits. Call me.
