Supported Living Services (SLS) are available to anyone who desires facilitation, instruction, and assistance to live in the home of his or her own choice. Support is provided to ensure participants are successful in their daily living activities.
The mission of NorthStar Services is to assist adults with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes and to enjoy the benefits of living in the community.
