My 96-year-old mother entered The Pines, Rocklin, memory care three years ago after we did a search for the best. We picked The Pines and remain delighted with the choice. Excellent communication at every level. Outstanding management. The general manager, Henry, is not only welcoming and caring, but a true professional and his entire team reflects his excellent management. Roy, the Head Nurse of Memory
Care, is sincere, compassionate, and professional. Roy is also excellent in listening and communication. Her thoughtful management is appreciated. The Med Techs/nurses and caregivers have been outstanding, also combining professionalism with compassion and consideration. Billie, the activities director is tireless, positive, engaging, considerate and caring. From the start, my mother said, “I like it here. I want to stay.” The team makes a point to seat her at meals and other times to promote engagement with others. They tailor the care to fit her needs.
She said, “They [The Pines] train their people to treat the elderly with consideration.” What better testament to good management at every level could one ask? Kudos to Henry, Roy and the entire team.
Always appreciate the entire team at The Pines. Wonderful group of caring individuals that provide exceptional care for loved ones. Thank you.
My step-mother is living in the Memory-Care facility here in Rocklin. I am in Fresno and have trusted the great staff here doing ‘family type’ care for her. Every staff member from Admin(Carren and Lacy and Raja) to on the floor staff (Andrea and Taylor) love their work and I am truly blessed to have my Step-mother in their care. Thank you Pines for the excellent work in caring for mom. She had to get settled in but now after many visits to here I can see she is doing well. Thanks again.
I was gonna sign my aunty up at this place. I went to check it out and saw a familiar face in parking lot. I met this gal in court. I remember because she was being restrained on some orders, violence related.
Anyhows, person is in elderly care but has issues with domestic violence. Do u not screen your employees and if so, how good a search is actually performed. Needless to say my aunt won’t be coming here while Raj works here no matter how convenient the location is for me and I yrge you to address
the opportunity highlighted here.
