once again, Ivy park has come through for my mother. She has been living at Ivan Park for 2 1/2 years. The Care is outstanding. Several weeks ago my mother had to be hospitalized for an intestinal blockage. After her care at the hospital, she was moved to a place called Cypress Ridge for therapy that I don’t think she really needed. When we tried to remove her from Cypress Ridge, we were met with resistance Wanted to keep her for the financial for their facility. My mothers care did not seem to be at the top of the list. It was hard to watch and when we tried to remove her, insisted that Ivy park and hospice would have to be involved. Today we had a worker from Ivy park, Hugo, show up to assess my mother. He was loving and kind and agree with us that there was no reason for her to be there and he got the ball rolling. It’s still taking one more day, but with the calls from Monica and Carmen and then Hugo, we are getting her out of a place where she is very unhappy. there are not enough good things to say about Ivy park and the care she gets there and the people that serve their clients. I don’t know how they find the people that they do but they treat my mother like she is a family member. It is the best and we are so happy.
The staff have been truly amazing in our time of need. They work very hard to give really good care. This would be impossible without the team at Sunrise Villa Salinas!
