Stay far away from this place. The management is only out for money and the staff is not well educated- namely Lori Sexton. She and Karla Brown pretend like they care about residents, but please don’t be fooled. They are under a ton of pressure from greedy management to move residents in to higher money making tiers and pretend like they care about residents when it’s so abundantly clear they don’t. Residents share they don’t want to report falls and other incidents because they are afraid they will be forced to move out of independent living. Not a nice culture being created. The campus use to be great, but it’s gone way down hill. During Covid they required their elderly residents to use an app to make daily dinner reservations. They have never taken this requirement away. Ridiculous! Who wants to have to plan ahead and make a specific time for a meal ahead of time in the place they live! They are also planning on cramming tons of new units on the property, removing trees, and causing massive noise and disruption. I regret putting our Dad there. Thankfully he has transitioned to a better place now. Wish we had way more insight in to this crummy and expensive place before putting our beloved family member there. Trust me find another place. Our Dads friends are still there and feel trapped now. 🙁
