Most unprofessional management teams I have ever dealt with .
Horrible Assisted Living Facility. Sent complaint to SRG website as they refuse to contact me. Beware of their portfolio holdings as they are operated by wolves in sheep clothing.
The staff is dedicated but poorly trained or supported. Management knows how to placate but acts more like the gang who couldn’t shoot straight. All too often chaos reigns because lack of proper communication to residents and probably to staff as well. Orders are given but to staff who has no training in writing coherently so that messages are meaningless. Case in point: this morning as I was ready to step into the shower the fire alarm went off. Then stopped. Then went back on a few minutes later. And then again. My dog was screaming and crying because the sound was hurting his ears. I called the desk and was told they were testing the equipment. Asked why we were not notified. Answer was it was on LifeLoop. So no notice put up anywhere I was being told I had to go online. Unacceptable! I took my dog and left the building and sat outside because I was told the testing could go on for a couple of hours. Residents were upset for no one I spoke with had any idea or prior notice. The only director I saw was the business manager handing out ear plugs. One of the staff said they had to have the test done because last night the alarm was tripped. I never heard a beep last night but I thought it made sense however if that was the case then the director had prior notice and had time to write up a notice for the staff and residents. But she probably h told the gal at the front desk to send out a notice. She did that said only fire alarm testing was being done. Vague to say the least and came a couple of minutes before they were done. And I found out it was over by asking one of the guys doing the testing —that they were done which was exactly 1 minute after the notice that was sent telling us fire alarm testing was going on— this testing had already gone on for almost an hour before we were told anything. This is an example of what kind of communication we have here. Sometimes great and too often vague. No one is on top of things. No one seems to be checking up or seeing follow
