My mother-in-law lived at The Reserve at Thousand Oaks for three years. We found this community to be well managed and caring. Team members from the dining room, to the front desk, to the med tech group were a beautiful blend of caring and professional. The facility itself has recently been refreshed and the staff makes use of technology – like offering a virtual app for check-in, to make things easier on visitors. Nice dining room and communal gathering areas.
