I am very thankful for the amazing staff. My father receives amazing care, and everyone gives him the individual attention that he needs. I have been so excited about all the improvements over the past year with the new management company. The changes they have made have helped my father socially and physically. His quality of life has greatly improved since moving in.
They have all kinds of problems with keeping employees and medication management is seriously in need of a manager/nurse.
They don’t clean and charge for services they don’t provide
All the staff is caring and accommodating. Facility is clean and well maintained. Our family could not be happier that we found them to welcome our Mom in with open arms.

I would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Mountain View Assisted Living for the smooth transition of my sister-in-law into their facility several months ago. I found everyone very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of activities offered everyday and the staff encourages resident participation. It was a great way for my sister-in-law to make friends and continue to develop her interests–whether it was exercising, singing along to old time favorites, joining a craft class, or just enjoying the Ice Cream Socials held every week. I especially appreciate how Mountain View includes families in many of their events. I have gone to a Valentine’s Day Lunch, A Mother’s Day Tea, a Classic Car Show-just to name a few. (Did I mention that the food is excellent?) The staff and CNAs work very hard to make sure every person is well-cared for and shown respect. I am grateful for all that they do and I would highly recommend Mountain View for your family member.
