What do you work here don’t respect to grow as a company and grow into your career if you’re going to put a loved one here be aware that they will be neglected and abused.
Building has not been updated since 2005. Pictures are not even from this location on website/Google.
I will not make this a lengthy review, though I find it extremely “Alarming” that this facility located in Union City CA., has a rating of 4 Stars.
BLUF: If you truly care and value your loved one; do your research and find a service that will assist you in finding a reputable facility and BYPASS this one.
One Positive ONLY!! -Medtech’s though not nurses, do the “Best” they can.
Negative:
High attrition rate of Director, Management and accounting terminations, promoted lack of Communication to family members that such changes occured. Accounting Dept lost several checks and invoked a late fee to the tune “THOUSANDS of dollars $$ they are Inept.”
Cost transparency towards “level of care does not exist,” this organization will continually upcharge the tenants by again thousands.
Picture’s speak for themselves, we moved our loved one out on the immediate, and let the new director know of our “disdain for this facility”.
Not a safe place for any family member I would not even put my worst enemy here…….. Place has really changed not for good very dirty and unwelcoming environment for residents and visitors/family
Unsupervised residents in MC pants and shirts and diapers down toilets and sinks not the residents fault but caregivers need to stop the neglect!!!!!!
