Ombudsmen in California has not help my mother in the least and use the excuse of me her only son not having POA as there a reason for not helping her because she’s actually not capable of asking for any help and in the meantime the place where she’s at has missed placed all of her possessions every single thing that she had went missing but this organization could care less about that!
