I would love the district managers information pls

I know this is a tough industry but if someone does not speak up – nothing changes. My mother in law had money stolen and upon reporting it to the director she was told “you have checks – use those”. No apology or acknowledgment of wrong doing. Maintenance eventually came and repaired the counter drawer in her room that had been damaged when someone took her money. The food is sometimes good. 😊 That is a plus of course as are the good physical therapists and someone there on site to do her hair. Unfortunately, there is a huge turnover of staff and residents are often left neglected. Once again it feels like profits are the most important focus and staff is underpaid and under supported. It’s a sad industry.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Sisqtel Springs and I must say thr experience is delightful .The staff is more helpful and professional and caring ! Contacts with the magement is great and all in all I can’t find any faults . The meals are enjoyable and I am pleased with all aspects of my stay

Could not ask for a better senior living community.
