Horrible wait times!!!!!
When I typed in the phone number for this branch, the main 800 number (not the Yreka number) was given. And the main number is given under this branch. I need to reach someone at this branch. Can you explain why the local number isn’t given? Moreover, I was put on hold, and no estimated wait time was given, and they don’t provide a call back feature. Come on California, you need to do better. People are tired of such unbelievable incompetence.
