I would like to thank Bob and Ruth and all the staff at Addie’s cottage.
My aunt was well taken care of for 3 years there. She was 100 and a half when she passed away in April. I appreciate all the attentive Care by the staff. They treat the residents as if they’re people not just a number. They are so caring and take time to get to know the resident and their family. They are very patient and kind. The whole facility is kept clean.
They also have round the clock staff which is so great because they have normal working hours. So they have 8 hour shifts. It’s like a regular company, so no one is exhausted from living there. That is what makes this facility more unique than a lot of other board and Care facilities.
They also have night shift staff that is dedicated to working the graveyard shift. This is very important when you have loved ones that are elderly, so that if something happens at night the staff will be awake and alert during those hours because that is their normal shift.
Thank you Addie’s cottage! There are no words to express the gratitude I have towards your thoughtfulness, love 💕 and kindness.and care. She had the blessing of going in her sleep. I don’t think she would have made it to that ripe old age unles it was for their care. 😘💕❤️
My mother has lived at Addie’s for a year and a half and has received the best care! The staff is considerate and competent. They go above and beyond to meet the needs and wants of those in their care by preparing delicious, homemade meals, celebrations of all holidays and birthdays, dispensing the various meds all throughout the day, and so much more. Bob, owner of Addie’s, has a heart of gold and treats each lady like his own mother. Our mother is treated with the utmost respect and dignity by all in the home. She is in good hands at Addie’s and that brings us such peace of mind.
Was looking for a place for my aunt and although Addie’s was not the right type of care she needed Bob took the time to give me other referrals to help find the next step home for my aunt. They are all about helping care for loved ones!
I found and contacted Addie’s from Google, in attempt to research assisted living facilities for my mother in law. Although they are full, Bob took a lot of time to share helpful info with me including referrals, what to look out for, subsidies that might be available, and just really helpful stuff. It seems like this facility is run by people who care about their clients and proud of the work that they do.
