I had the opportunity to know a lot of Hospice agencies because I had a board and care and many of my clients received hospice services in our facility.
However when I had to choose a hospice for my father I wanted to get serviced with the best of the best and my choice was Nurses Plus !
Why ? Because they could provide above basic services excellent care . Daisy the office manager, Dr. Steward , visiting nurses Lidia, Carlota , Edwin social worker Sheryl , they were extremely helpful, compassionate, professional, caring and went beyond their duties. They make us feel like family and also provided guidance and emotional support.
I definitely recommend Nurses Plus to anyone who needs this type of services.
We are extremely grateful for everyone at Nurses Plus Hospice. My mom has been on hospice care for more than 6 months now & their services have been wonderful. The staff is so kind & competent, & responds so quickly to our needs. The adjustable hospital bed with the gel pad to prevent bedsores has been incredibly helpful in our daily care for my mom. We love Daisy, Carlotta, Edwin, & Grace. They feel like family now. We are so grateful for their help which has allowed us to continue caring for my mom here at home. I highly recommend them!
Nurses Plus , Lidia,Daisy, Pastor Rick and the entire team deliver nothing but exceptional, compassion towards their patients and families. They releave stress and pressures that the families face. Without them by myvside, being an advocate for myself and father, I wouldn’t have know what to do. They become and remain family. They were and are our guardian angels.
Great experience for my mom and our whole family from the interview onward. Nurses Plus Hospice was very responsive to our needs and helped make our mother’s last days as peaceful and comfortable as possible. They are a very caring and competent team.
I love the services my mother, Shirley, is receiving. The services have been great. I would like to see volunteer zaida come at least for another 1/2 hour during the week since she’s great. Nurse Grace and Edwin have been helpful. Also the bathing nurse has been great. As side from that, I believe the services have been great.
