My grandma is in the rehab center. We went to visit her and the whole floor snelled like urine. Turn out that since the morning they didnt clean anything but only did so when we started asking the staff. We went to vist her latei the nigh and my grandma had been in her urine since the morning.
Horrible staff and the food, environment. This place is the worst, the staff don’t care about their patient. Today on New Year’s Day I have to spend the day at the Emergency Room with my loved one cause the nurse dropped her and Broke her Arm. Left her bleeding and screaming with pain. This place NEEDS TO BE CLOSE DOWN ASAP. I am going to make sure nobody’s family members don’t SUFFER FOR THE STAFF NEGLIGENCE!!!!
My 73-year-old cousin passed away in the Martine Center on October 27. She was on Medicaid, and she needed to pay a supplemental amount to cover her stay which was $599.10 monthly. The Martine Center CONTINUED to withdraw $599.10 from her checking account twice. I’ve called several times, spoke to and left messages for Finance and Management departments. NO ONE has returned my calls. That money needs to be deposited back into her account. This is possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with.
Not one “professional” from this facility called the health care proxy when my brother was sent as an emergency patient to White Plains Hospital ( which is where he passed away) right around the corner from the nursing home. If it wasn’t for a family member who planned to visit at the nursing home that am, we would not have been able to spend the last hours saying goodbye to our 61 yrs.
young brother, uncle & dear family member who was in a wheelchair for 25 yrs. due to a tree accident. He was living at the nursing home solely for wound care ..He passed. How sad is that 😢
