When I know someone who is looking for Assisted living placement for their loved ones I would recommend The Eliot at Troy . Though the building looks outdated from the outside there is some great things happening in that building . The staff that is working there now is amazing and the residents are great . It’s clean and everyone is doing great .
The Eliot at Troy has grown tremendously in the last year, I am excited to see how beautiful the building will be after all construction is completed. Resident care and satisfaction has also grown in all aspects of The Eliot.

Very helpful staff/leadership who openly and honestly communicate all of the relevant and important information. Making a decision about who is going to care for your loved one is always challenging, but information and open communication allowed me to feel much more comfortable that I was making the right choice.
