I asked for a supervisor regarding billing problem, the representative sent me to voicemail, these people charged my card without informing me in over a year with my current email Adept never notified me prior to the charge they have not billed me in over a year I need a refund from these people and a phone call from a supervisor to refund my card if necessary I will contact Corporate if I do not hear from someone
Overall a much better company than other larger ones( i.e. All Metro healthcare ). Adept’s administration and management was superior to All Metro in many ways. Although there is an inherent issue with identifying and hiring quality aides especially with the NHTD program, again, Adept’s aides were superior to the one’s we experienced with All Metro, with the rare exception. Would highly recommend Adept over All Metro, based on our experience.

My son has been out of supplies for two weeks! This includes the special formula he needs because he is terminally ill! Phyllis has an attitude and is very slow. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, I wasn’t transfered or given a direct number to reach her. The doctor has also been in contact with the company and her requests and orders have gone unnoticed!
Anyone who is caring for a terminally ill loved one should definitely find another company to receive their supplies.
