My son went here to get help because he thought he might have lead poisoning from work. They looked at him like he was crazy. They put him in a room for hours and did nothing. Then they told him to go to the workers comp department and when he went there they told him that they don’t see people unless their work sends them there and he the hospital already discharged him. He went to urgent care and was diagnosed with pneumonia
Friendly people, informative. Basement is easy to get lost in and end up in nursing home if you use the wrong elevator. Signage would be helpful. Otherwise had x-rays, hernia surgery and was treated very well.
My mom was there for just over a week at the beginning of June, to get pt and get walking after surgery at NFMMC, and she acquired an infection here.They neglected her, didn’t care, weren’t trained properly or whatever but she was in pain and she went back to ICU for over two weeks and died. This infection caused by their poor care and neglect is 100% a contributor to her death. Do NOT send your loved ones here. I have heard of another patient sent back to ICU from here in the same timeframe w/ a similar infection. This place should be investigated. Sad that my Mom and other people suffer and NO one does anything or cares.
