This was my first time hearing about this company I applied to be a direct care professional DCP I heard back from Ms Julianna the next day got all the requirements I needed in order to work went to orientation spoke with Mrs Nancy Goldstein and the other Ms Nancy as well very great people straight forward the whole onboarding process was amazing and just made me want to work more the staff there is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable 10/10 I love amazing people and people I can learn from thank you guys and I can’t wait to start my new job I highly recommend them !
This is the worst agency ever. I didnt even want to give the one star. The office staff is unprofessional and rude. When it comes to school nursing they don’t care about getting these kids to school. They don’t do their due diligence to find coverage or provide coverage. The office staff is the worse part of this company. The company should implement sensitivity traing for the office staff employees , because i havent spoken to one individual in this agency who is not either rude or condescending The DOE should vet, then contract better agencies to work with. If you can avoid this agency for your child’s school needs please do so.
