I have lived at Genesee Gardens for almost 2 years and I can not say enough good things about the people who live there and the people who run it!! Lisa and Lisa in the office keeping bills paid and lights on, John and his crew keeping the place NICE, and the tenants are all so pleasant and considerate!! I am SO FORTUNATE to be able to say Genesee Gardens is my home!!
Maintenance let’s themselves in with no prior notice, without even knocking. Apartments had black mold with a layer of paint slapped over it in bathroom. Would not recommend.
