After finding out our heap app went to this office after 41 days of waiting from the original application. We then get a phone call stating we now have to resubmit the application to him showing documents again. First time using it and the man was very sharp and rude. I, as an elderly American who is blind, along with my disabled veteran husband has to prove to him our incomeagain. After they were submitted to said Heap office. Social security and V A benefits. Just making the handicap elderly jump through hoops to get a One time asking. The man is rude. After my concern he tells me to go to help social services. Well that’s who I went through.
