This was the worse experience I have ever had hiring an aid for my mother. She broke her ankle and I needed care for her while I was at work. First Olga the owner came to our house and gave us a false impression that everything would be fine. Then she promised a sweet lady would come and help my mother.
The next day a big man shows up to my Mothers house and goes into her bedroom; literally scaring her pants off. She was ready to call the police. My mother called me and I called Olga who then sent him home and gave us another care giver.
This new caregiver barely did anything, complained, and was a disgrace of a person…let alone a “caregiver”.
Next day we were promised a new person and a new caregiver came but smelled like drugs and oils. She also stayed on her phone and acted like a rebellious teenager( barely doing any work and expecting to get paid)
IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A NORMAL EXPERIENCE WITH A CARE GIVER..AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Front desk staff female on August 21 shut the phone on me at 3:59pm while I was still speaking. I called back multiple times and she did not pick up the call. If they are this rude to outsiders imagine what they do to the people in the center
