Horrible service I’d been waiting here for 2 hours and still hadnt been seen. All the staff seemed upset at the fact that you need to be taken care of and don’t want to give you the full examination.
Once i finally seen someone they rubbed my leg and tell me I don’t need an X-ray. You can not feel if I have a fracture in my knee cap with your hands if it isn’t a big one and the knee is still swollen and when I requested an X-ray I am being told it’s unnecessary when I can’t bend or use my leg or stand properly.
Then to go further in the night I’m still having horrible pain. I go to the ER and my knee was definitely fractured.
Very unprofessional! Wouldn’t even give them a full star but I have no other option
I will never go to this location again. I made an appointment online and waited an hour in the waiting room without being seen. Walk-ins were taken in and I was told it is because they are so busy to clear out the lobby. I understand case by case basis but proritizing walkins before appointments with the same issues is poor management. Do yourself a favor and go to another location
