We have used this agency from July, 2021 to May, 2022 and then again from March, 2023 to the present. We have been very happy with the care given to both my parents. My Dad was a fall risk and they kept him safe and even did many things to help my Mom even though that was not their job. My Dad would complain that they were “always on top of him” which we were happy to hear. My Dad stopped being a fall risk so we stopped using them. We were so happy with them we hired them again! Mom became a fall risk and aggressive due to Alzheimer and Parkinson’s. They have been great once again! Mom enjoys their company, she has gained 10 lbs and they take her for strolls outside. She definitely has a better quality of life with these aides. We are so grateful to Doris and Eileen for taking such good care of my mother.
