I’ve been really impressed with the staff and offerings at Monticello West. Nan is a blessing and Mitch is fantastic- great overall staff in general. I’m really grateful to these folks for taking such good care of my mother-in-law. It was not an easy transition for her because we needed to make the move unexpectedly fast, but the staff at Monticello West helped tremendously. The fact that Nan has been there 15 years or so is just fantastic. Highly recommend this wonderful facility!

My wife and I visited several assisted living facilities in the Dallas area. We chose Monticello West for our mother because of the services and levels of care that were available. We were most impressed with the friendliness and warmth of the staff at this facility. Many of the staff at Monticello West are long term employees. We are pleased with Monticello West and appreciate their level of care and excellent communication.
