I went to visit a family member at Lake West Assisted Living and she was telling me how good the food is. And the food looked very good and the Manger Mrs Judy is very nice and I like the way she spend time with the residents. And also have a monthly meeting with them talking about the menu Mrs Judy is the sweetest person you could have ever met.
Never work there again got bed bugs in the patients room that’s not a assisted living that’s a boarding house it’s nasty in there I will never recommend anyone to this nasty ass place
Visited this facility as an option for my mom and was met with great customer service, a positive attitude, and answers to my questions. The great customer service of the HR manager on the phone prompted my visit and made me feel at ease for my upcoming decision. Although we are still finalizing our decision this facility is at the top of our list.
