The staff are rude and unhelpful, she is the nurs or med tech , I’m not sure who you are but you can’t just yell at people like crazy , you are not my boss , you didn’t pay me a damn to do my job , if you want someone to do something for you than you have to talk with respect. The way you act and talk to me look like crazy woman who has no education, behave yourself next time and listen to people first before you open your bad mouth to talk. also the receptionist is rude and unfriendly. This place is unpleasant to come . Bad staff , bad behavior. Who doesn’t know how to respect another person.
I’ve toured several times, met many of the residents and staff members. Not only is it beautiful, but everyone I’ve met and talked to are wonderful individuals.
