Absolutely horrible…. The directors are so preoccupied that they don’t tend to the well-being of the residents. The housekeepers do not speak or understand English so nothing is being cleaned correctly. The last housekeeping director Sergio was a complete joke but I would definitely take him over this new one Maria. The worst of them all is the head director Alun. My parents have been trying for MONTHS to meet with him and have gotten nothing but a cold shoulder from him. We pay entirely too much money not to get proper service and adequate assistance that’s deserving. We’ve even reached out to corporate and have yet to receive a response. The only beacon of light and joy was the lead housekeeper Catherine. Always met us and my parents with a warm smile, beautiful laugh and perfect service. But recently we discovered they let her go. We are looking for new accommodations for my parents because The Traditions is not living up to the expectations of the presentation they showed. If I could give zero stars I would.
