Im a dietary Aide here at Riverside Oxford Memory Care and I love my job. I come out the kitchen to interact with the residents too see if they are enjoying their meal. I love talking and getting to know their likes and dislikes like a family member should I love my resident and wouldn’t have any other job.
My mother, Lois was at this facility for nearly 2 years. Every time I went to see her one of the employees was walking with her or hugging her and laughing with her. Every time I talked to management it was encouraging. The place was clean and neat at all times and her care was 10 out of 10 stars. If you want your loved one to be taken care of by the best, this is the place to make sure it is done.
Mom has been at Riverside going on a year now. No regrets. Never smelled things I don’t want to smell there. Good activities for the residents.
Such a well put together Memory Care Community. The Community is always clean and smelling good. The food is fantastic. The staff is super-friendly.
Margie the Executive Director is very hands on as is Dollie and Darla who help with the day to day.
Every time I walk into the Community there is some kind of fun activity taking place, and there is also great support from the Outside Vendors who help with Home Care assistance and Hospice Care if need be.
This is easily one of the best Memory Care Communities in the DFW area.
