Front Desk Personnel is knowledgeable and approachable. Any questions you might have they will do their best to answer accordingly on their area. Staff is so friendly and professional on what they do. Very clean environment. My mother is very comfortable and she loves the food they provide daily. Keep up the great work!! 👍
My mom has had a horrible experience at this nursing facility. They failed to provide her with an alternative menu to encourage her to eat and withheld her medication due to system failures, causing unnecessary suffering. Some of the staff was unaware that she had a broken neck and moved her multiple times without proper support, putting her at serious risk. Despite my repeated requests, they ignored her needs, leading to stage-one bedsores.
Even if your dog was allowed here, I would run.
Physical therapy people are great but understaffed. The nurses do not listen to the recommendations of the therapist anyways
