They told me that they would take my Medicaid once I received. I had originally had health insurance. At first they weren’t charging me a copay because I guess the insurance paid for it entirely. Once my Medicaid kicked in – they said that would be able to retroactively go back to cover I guess the copay because in the middle they sent me a letter about the owing certain amount I figured that was because I didn’t have insurance. The more the nurse came the more they started charging me. I lost contact of the nurse and brightstar until a few days ago I received a call stating that I owed $500 of copays or else I would be sent to collections. I told them I wasn’t go to be able to pay. The lady said that I signed an acknowledgement saying that they didn’t take Medicaid. Confused and angry
