I can’t believe how short staff they are at night the nightstand is unacceptable I would never recommend this place to anyone, after knowing my mom sat on the pot for 25 minutes waiting for for one of the nurses to come clean her after we were the ones that had to take her to the bathroom it’s not even our job but we didn’t want our mother to just sit there and wait until they were able to get her has she had a hip operation I can’t express how upsetting this place is 😡
This is Brenda Paxton the person actually in the facility. I wanted to tell you how Stanley from admissions has been such an Angel with getting me signed in and helping me understand everything!!!!!
Beware before placing your loved one here. Nursing does not care at all ,residents are a number . Management is unrealistic and selfish. They don’t care about the staff. Ratios are unreal from CNA to nurses.
