  1. Well, this has taken some time for me to do A. Review on this facility. My loved one went into this facility. After major surgery on his leg. We were greeted with neglect from the very start. The next day I had assumed that the facility would take care of their issues. However, that was not the case the next day. No one at all took my father out of his bed to help him walk, adjust to the bathroom, move a little. After a major surgery, so therefore
    He was neglected again.
The 3rd day they tried to get my love went app for uh, physical therapy, and that is when the blood clots started to move into his lungs, resulting him to go back to the hospital over something that could have been avoided. This was pure neglect in every type of way. This facility still has a lot of work to do. And it’s very sad that anyone that goes into this place has a large risk of losing their life due to the fact of the neglect that continues to happen.
If you want your family member to be Taken care of correctly Please avoid this facility until they can get there at together. My father is now dead because of this facility. Not doing what they are supposed to do.

  2. Ours mom is being care for there. We are impress by the staff from the office to the nurses and the nurses aides and the janitorial services and everyone else that works there. We are welcome by everyone that makes eye contact with us when we visit Mom.

  3. If you love your family members, do not ever send them here! When my grandma was getting transferred to Rosewood from the hospital, the nurses warned me to watch my grandma carefully once she got to the rehab center. Of course this frightened me and the director from Rosewood gave me lots of reassurance. So I still gave Rosewood a chance and trusted them with the care of my grandma. Biggest mistake of my life! My grandparent received pressure ulcers at Rosewood, they were not turning her even though I had warned them since the FIRST day that she is weak and cannot turn by herself. They said on the first day that they would order a softer mattress for her and that it would be installed the next day…. but they never did, we waited WEEKS for the mattress that never showed up. Per her orders sheet and discharge paperwork, they did not order the softer mattress or for her to be taken out of the room to the dining hall UNTIL THE DAY OF DISCHARGE WHICH WAS WEEKS AFTER I TOLD THEM SHE WAS HIGH RISK OF PRESSURE ULCERS. Every time I visited, she had a full brief so I ended up changing her myself. When I did change her, she kept wincing in pain. I took a closer look and I noticed bleeding lacerations within her vagina. I’m not sure if someone had long nails or jewelry on when they placed a brief on her but they cut my grandma up. Her food trays were left across the room, untouched and cold. My grandma couldn’t even move herself or walk across the room to even grab her food. Physical therapy saw her ONE time in weeks. My grandma declined rapidly there. My grandma stated the staff was cruel to her and inattentive. My grandma became depressed. The biggest regret I have in my life is trusting Rosewood. Don’t let their administration team try to sweet talk you like they did with me. When I had a meeting with their team, they blamed the mistreatment of my grandma on their contract nurses that they received from other facilities. I told them it shouldn’t matter if she was taken care of by a contract nurse or not, my grandma’s care is still Rosewood’s responsibility. Also, I’m an ICU nurse and I am extremely disappointed in how Rosewood treats their patients. My grandma complained of new chest pain, I told the staff and they did not grab a doctor, obtain a set of vitals or even try to send my grandma to the ER to get a cardiac work up. I wanted to take my Grandma out of that facility due to mistreatment and they said it would be considered leaving against medical advice and that I would have to wait for the doctor to come in another day to discharge her. Rosewood is an absolute JOKE of a facility. Please don’t ever send your loved ones to this facility!

  4. Severely understaffed and staff present is visibly overwhelmed or worked, unkept, doesn’t follow normal bed-hold procedures, rude overnight CNAs, they seem to have an issue telling the patients what medication they are getting. I would not recommend your loved one going there for rehab/nursing home services.
