HomeSpark was just the company to support my family and me in our most difficult time – the loss of our Mom. HomeSpark’s management team explained their system and home support. The caregivers that attended to our Mom were attentive and treated her with dignity as my Mom’s health declined further. They also made sure they everyone was COVID safe during visits with her. At the end, her main caregiver remained as we all said “goodbye” to my Mom. The team that provided post-mortum support was excellent and explained the next steps in their support. It was ironic and fitting that many people from HomeSpark ended up being related somehow to our Mom’s childhood friends. I think my Mom would have liked that.
