Happy new year 2025. Probably one Of the nicest. Person to work for sometimes caregiving to be challenging, but Cheryl is very nice to work for Tony. They’re very professional and very caring to the clients with their staff.
My husband was in a rehab center a couple of months ago. I knew I needed to bring him home but, I would definitely need help to do so. I am on dialysis three times a week. We hired A Place At Home for a friend who was diagnosed with dementia and in hopes to make his living situation at home more comfortable. Since he refuses to move into a nursing home we thought this would be a good option.. we only had the service for 3 months and it was not what would imagined.. Let me explain, they were not consistent they would send different caregivers at different times even though we had a contract with starting time and duties that needed to be completed to be helpful to our friend… The caregivers would give excuses as to why they wouldn’t be able to complete the basic tasks for example cooking fresh warm meals, mopping the house, bathing our friend in which at one point he wore the same clothes for over 2 weeks. There was no communication from the agency when they would make changes to the times or changes to his caregivers. Unfortunately don’t have the opportunity to see our friend as often as we would like thats why we decided to hire a place at home to help our friend…
We hired this business hoping to make his life at home a bit more comfortable but the stress that came from hiring this service was more than what we can bare…
