The DeMasi family would like everyone to know just how AMAZING Amazing Grace is. From the first phone call to our mother taking her last breathe they supplied not only for her physical needs, but also for the emotional needs our family experienced. If we needed anything, they were a phone call away. The day our mom passed Trish came to check on her. We know that Trish knew my mom would go that day, but she still moved her, checked on her wounds, and treated her as if she had weeks to live. You cannot put a price on having your love ones die with dignity. Everyone, and we mean everyone associated with Amazing Grace were more than we ever could have imagined. We enlisted the services of Amazing Grace Hospice after our father was discharged from the hospital near death. From that initial phone call, Rick, Trish and the entire team of care workers and volunteers provided exceptional care to our father during what turned out to be an extended period of time. Their staff was fantastic, ensuring all his needs were met with impeccable service. The care workers were professional, efficient, attentive, and consistently compassionate. They accommodated our family’s needs while maintaining a focus on dad’s comfort and care. Their quick response times and thorough attention to detail were impressive. The level of care and support we received was truly outstanding. I cannot recommend Amazing Grace Hospice highly enough – they made a difficult time much easier with their expertise and genuine compassion.
Amazing Grace Hospice care was top notch in my case. I called one morning about 10:00 to start up services for my husband and by 5:00 that same day we had all the equipment and every supply we could think of in our home up and running. A special thank you to Rick, Lisa, Larry, Erica, Cynthia, Michelle, and especially Angie you all made my husband’s final hours of life as stress free as possible and I can’t thank you enough. I will refer Amazing Grace whenever I can.
By far and away the best care we could have dreamed of for my father. Hands down the most amazing team to work with when your loved one is in need of end of life care. We had the pleasure of working with Amazing Grace for 10 months after my grandfather was put on hospice. Everyone from office staff to the LVN’s/RN’s and their doctor top notch. My grandfather was so happy with their care and so were we. They have tons of resources to help in hard times.
When he was discharged from the hospital we had so many people calling forcing their services on us and even lying that we were assigned to them. Thank god I was told we could choose. Would recommend this team 10000%.
