  1. They are allowing there employees to not do there jobs in an inethnical manner and be discriminative towards whites, men, and disabled people!
    Im a 61 year old male that is physically disabled and just got out of the hospital where I caught covid 19 the variant and the manager Katrina Luna at the apartments I was living in on 11742 Stuart Drive evicted me unlawfully just 3 weeks ago. This after a series of events that occurred from the first month I moved in on June 15 , 2022 after 2 weeks of being there my vehicle was towed by the manager because I parked were several other cars had been parking since the day I moved without any phone call or knock on my door to move my van and I was the only person to have there vehicle towed that parked where I parked in the 2 and a half years I lived there! In fact I wasn’t going to move into that apartment because of the parking situation and the fact that I can’t walk far because of my disability but I was assured several times that I would be assigned a garage the day I moved in.

    When I arrived at my apartment I was elated that I had my own apartment and I got down on my knees thanking god for AFH and my apartment . On the first day I was told by Katrina Luna that I had to wait for my garage until they finished retro fitting the garages for earthquakes. After having a quite heated conversation with her and by heated I mean she was heated not I . She yelled at me and discriminated me for being disabled by telling me that she didn’t care if I was disabled that I can park anywhere but on the property, well all anyone has to do is drive by those apartments to know that there is no parking available anywhere for at least two blocks! I explained to her that there is a thing called ADA the American Disability Act and by saying to me that she didn’t care was discrimination and then she said to me “I Don’t Care”!
    Mind you I had never meet her at this point!

    The next day I called her back to let her know that I smelled a heavy gas leak coming from the kitchen area.
    Katrina Luna then became very upset and angrily “I had the gas company already come out to check for a leak and they couldn’t find it” “I’m not going to call them so if you want to call them you can” while yelling at me.
    I felt she was trying to intimidate me by doing so!
    So I immediately called So.Cal Gas Company and when they arrived the man said that he was turning off the gas and it can’t be turned on until it was repaired and found where it was leaking and drew a large arrow and circled where the leak was!
    When I called Katrina Luna I told her what the gas man said and did and she said ; “it’s Thursday and Monday is a holiday so some time next week I’ll have someone come out and look at it”!
    That’s exactly what she had them do for 4 months! There was at least 5 different companies come out and tear my stove, my water heater, my heater apart and look at them and not one did anything and mind you she did not let me know when they were coming and even on one day she had someone come in that had the key to my front door and I was in the midst of getting dressed when they came in without warning ! Finally after 4 months they fixed it!
    And on the day I talked to her about the gas I told her it would be the smart thing to get my vehicle out from the tow yard because it would only cost her $750.00 and everyday it gets to be more! She said she wasn’t going to get it out so later that year in December AFH paid for all the towing and storage of my vehicle but didn’t get my vehicle because they already had auctioned it off!
    They also payed for all the parking tickets I had gotten because they hadn’t giving me a garage when they had given garages to 3if the tenants before me and one of them didn’t even have a car and couldn’t drive because of his disability! And after she had my car towed she began to change the rules on the garages and made it impossible for me when I finally bought another vehicle a year and a half later and she had that vehicle towed when I was in the hospital! This was all vindictive malice and hateful acts!

  2. Horrible leadership, staff in leadership lack basic education. Leadership team cares nothing about helping and supporting client needs, it’s all about image. Worked there for 2 years and watched the entire leadership team turn over 3 times. Stay away from this place. Bad vibes bad people. Some of the case managers are amazing but they leave once they realize what a toxic environment it is there.

    Not to mention the theft and misuse of government funds. Crooks.
