Not happy with this place at all. Both my mother in law ( alzheimers patient) and my father in law ( asdisted living resident)are residents here. Visited my father in law recently found dirty used depends on the floor, trash on the floor and trash all over the restroom floor. His clothes on the floor. Nothing had been cleaned in a while. The help is not friendly and does not help very much with getting him in and out of his wheelchair. They were very rude to my wife when she complained about the situation, which is something I will not tolerate , period. I suggest you go often and at all different times to make surevyour loved ones are being cared for properly. They receive a lot of money each month for unacceptable service.
They treat my Dad like family and even have a nickname for him! They treat everyone so beautifully and have amazing hearts. So grateful to have found this place!
Service is horrible food is worse. The directors try to avoid you or walk away from you when you try to address concerns. They had a bedbug infestation and try to keep it a secret. They always try to give you excuses when help runs past the 15min time limit especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Refried beans from a can for lunch. The chef says he has to feed 80 people that was his excuse for canned food. Just horrible. This place will make you upset
I appreciate the response on here but my Mom has been here for almost 10 months and we still see the same issues from day 1 to now.
Thank you to AquaRidge facility and staff for all their hard work and dedication to their residents and of course to my family. The care and genuine compassion I’ve witnessed first hand by their staff members is truly unmatched and greatly appreciated.
I absolutely love Aqua Ridge for my grandparents,they are together and well taken care of by their MED-TECH Christine!
