Company will cheat you out of your pay even though you clocked in and out. No staff and will try to work you short. Not a good place to work as a nurse or CNA. Low pay rates. Really deserves zero stars. I stick by my original statement. Nurses work hard for their pay. I clocked in and out. By law I’m entitled to be paid. I spoke kindly to your HR person, but every response from her to me was otherwise. I always spoke kindly to the Administrator too. Judging by the response. I see where the problem stems. If I’m not paid I will go to the labor board.
My mother was a resident for 7 years. She thrived under the consistent care and attention from the employees and enjoyed the activities, church services, music from her time and friendships. I personally witnessed staff prioritize their residents over themselves and their families many times but especially during covid and a terrible winter storm when the pipes froze and burst. When my mother died they cried with me. They truly cared and they deserve to be honored. They are doing heavy lifting, cleaning, and working long hours to make the a nursing home feel like a home for those they serve
