From our somewhat brief dealings with them we can say they are indeed a caring and understanding agency. Our involvement wasn’t in a senior capacity but in the disability world.
They attempted to enter that world in Marin but was unsuccessful as they had neither staff nor management that was in area consequently resulting in us not being able to use them.
If there a knock on them it would be not having infrastructure in place before entering the county
