Tito is the best! He knows ALL the residents and their needs. We see how he is with the residents and feel lucky and comfortable to have our mom here.
Gali is one of the nurses. One day she knew something was not right with our mom. We took mom to her DR and everything seemed fine. Gali knew something wasn’t , mom ended up at the hospital and had pneumonia!
We will always appreciate her. Tito and Gali are the Heart of Atria!!
Chris is the Face of Atria. The first person you will meet and Atria is also very lucky to have him. He is extra caring and went the extra for us the day we signed up mom. Everything that Chris said in describing the place and the people and the staff is true.
The front receptionists have all been so nice and helpful to us too!!
As we were touring the facility I asked a few residents how they liked it there while watching how the staff interacted with each other. They were all so nice and welcoming of our mom it made the whole transition easier.

it is Well Managed… the Entire staff is great.
My Mom lived at Atria Rancho Mirage for 3 ½ years, the first year in Assisted Living followed by 2 ½ years in Memory Care. I definitely recommend this place. They send out monthly newsletters detailing updates and activities. They have a mobile app where you can stay updated on the activities, meals, and other items. They send out twice yearly satisfaction surveys, which I have completed. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. There are lots of activities. The food is very good with lots of choices. The staff interacts well with the residents. When my Mom had to move to memory care, the staff took care of everything for the move. They explained the move to her, moved her, moved her stuff, hooked up the TV/cable/phone, and hung her pictures on her walls. Memory care at Atria was just what Mom needed. Her time there was notable for some of the exceptional caregivers and med techs she had. The memory care director changed during her time there, but it was a smooth transition, and both of the directors were excellent. The staff in memory care keeps a close eye on the residents, engaging them in the common areas, and checking on them when they are in their rooms. My Mom was in Hospice for her final 9 months, and they worked very well as a team; Hospice said good things about Atria, and Atria said good things about Hospice. When my Mom passed, they were very supportive in working with us to clean out her apartment and take care of her things.
Those people sabotaged my walker so the wheels would not move.
The staff and residence are wonderful everyon is so helpful and friendly espescialy staff members Sandra Benny Yorlenis , Monique and Chris and all senior mgt am very happy here.
