Since 1947, the Baytown Housing Authority (BHA) has provided quality affordable housing opportunities to serve the citizens of the City of Baytown in Texas. BHA is governed by a five-member Board of Commissioners appointed by the Mayor. The BHA manages 130 units and 841 Housing Choice Vouchers at our agency.
