This is an overall 5 star facility!!
My mother recently underwent hip surgery and could barely walk. This facility accommodated my mother and provided her with the care and therapy necessary for her recovery. The staff was super friendly, easy to communicate with, engaged, and attentive. Thank you for the activities offered, the sweets 🙂 and all you do to make the residents feel comfortable. Things I would change for improvement would be to change the breakfast up a little bit to include more fruit/yogurt/nuts/cereals and cottage cheese and have more soup varieties. Lunch and dinners were well thought out including desserts. Thank you for the mulitple soup request responses and for taking into consideration what is appealing to the residents, of course following personal medical guidelines. Another thing worth considering would be to expand rooms since there are rooms with more than one resident in them in order to prevent cluttering and give nurses and staff more room to work with. Futhermore, posibly investing in some recliners for all rooms where they fit of course. Finally, touch-ups here and there, which I already witnessed you guys are working on. This place is far from being 5 stars, they neglected my mother, when my mom arrived at the hospital she had RSV PNEUMONIA SEPSIS HAD STROKES they need to close this place down. The nurses are rude and careless. This place is a joke.
