Berry Family Services, owned and operated by Berry family members, strives to provide quality services to the “whole” person with disabilities and their family members.
My sister has a developmental disability. It was a last resort to have my sister be at this facility. We had a terrible experience with Berry Services. Specifically our case manager Megan was rude, unkind and often unresponsive. The various workers at Dallas MetroCare can corroborate to this. I do not understand why she is still employed by the company. Berry sent out a survey to rate our satisfaction. After the survey, I was contacted and simply told that “sorry that you are unhappy with your case manager, but you are stuck with her.” On another note, Berry started my sister on medications against our consent and continued the medications even when we told them specifically to stop. The issues that had arose from her time at this facility had caused me a lot of anxiety and caused harm to my sister’s well being. My sister has since been moved out of Berry’s services and is thriving. I would not recommend anyone to send your loved ones here.
they don’t pay you on time….i have to call them every Friday to see why my direct deposit did not go through
I was interested in becoming an attendant with BFS. I spoke with Briget in the Contracts Department. She answered all my questions and made sure i understood everything. She was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Briget Cagle, for all your help!
