My husband was a difficult patient in the beginning. Everyone at Bethsny was understanding and genuinely interested in giving him the best care. Management was very responsive to my many questions.
They don’t pick up the phone after hours.
Looks like a lot of people are fooled with this place. I had visited a friend here. The first time she had soiled herself and the staff did nothing to help. The management supervisors are not genuine. On another visit my friend was in a lot of pain. The supervisor said she had sleep wrong. I went to visit her two days later she looked worse. I called 911 and the EMS came when they took her to the hospital they inform me that her blood pressure was in turmoil. She could of died. All they see in the people they should be taking care of is a walking dollors.dollards
Nice place staff was administration was nice floor staff was mostly very friendly few problems overall nice stay stayed my self administration tolerable try very hard to adjust to tenants my first time had difficult time adjusting to staff and administration but my administration did will was nice stay staff did excellent job few didn’t agree with still made it work joll physical therapist was awesome gentleman so much to learn from this gentleman very informative man very knowledgeable about his work many talents thanks for all the important information sir thsnk kitchen staff help menu changes made difference but still meat soap are horrible to me sandwich best choice to me no snacks night seem strange used to treat bed time 12 hours no meals for younger people different to me stil nice stay thank people here some over and beyond few where tolerable my personality straight up with everyone to old change now everyone have a great Sunday had some excellent staff last few days amazing women few gentlemen also especially in days short staff all challenges all in all was fair stay
