My brother is constantly being asked about end of life care which is very distressing to him. He was recently admitted urgently to hospital where it was found his sodium levels were extremely high and could have been fatal! They were not giving him any fluids. He was so dehydrated. The hospital ordered he be given at least 2 litres of fluids a day. This is supposed to be a nursing home so there should be professional nurses who should know this. They don’t put his hearing aid in. Tonight his feeding tube was off again. Avoid this place if you love your relatives! One star or else I can’t comment on here
Would have been a better review but we just checked my mother out on Monday morning and some of her stuff was already packed up and we got home and she’s missing all of her clothes that we brought to her! I called Y’all that night and explain the situation and somebody was supposed to call me back yesterday and of course nobody did! You people say everything is marked in their name so where are her clothes and she came home with clothes that aren’t even hers. She has Parkinson’s with dementia and her not having her clothes has thrown her into crying fits. This needs to stop I don’t even know who’s close that she brought home are. Someone needs to call me back and answer for this! My mother’s name is Sandy Dingman. Somebody fix this. Obviously no one is going to call me back so I had to post here hoping someone would see this!
Came here for care and rehabilitation. Very poor care especially in the evening.
Also seems to be a lack of communication and trust.
Not once but twice they change my doctors appointments without telling me.
Nursing staff in the morning and afternoon shift go above and beyond. They check on you with no issues.
Food service is mediocre.
My favorite part of the day is physical therapy.
The girls have all been really fun and they encourage you.
Bad business with this facility!
