The atmosphere is soothing, and the instructors create a welcoming, supportive space where I can focus on my practice. It’s truly a place of peace and rejuvenation — I always leave feeling lighter and more centered.
I was gifted a month and enjoyed the classes very much. It was easy to follow along and participate, even with no background. I especially liked the Qigong portion of the class. It was nice to do something for myself.
