I’ve been here for 3 days now, and I’m impressed with how friendly the staff is. They seem to care about my recovery. The facility has a nice courtyard to sit and enjoy.
EDIT: When I left this place they never reported to the Social Security Office that I was discharged and I had to jump through hoops getting my disability payment back to what is was suppose to be.
I’ve been here for 3 weeks & everybody here has been amazing and nice….thank you boulder creek for taking such great care of me

This place is so unprofessional it is hard to understand. I’ve left multiple messages for my daughters doctor and the head nurse but get no response. She has been there about 6 weeks and just accidentally found out she has HEP C. She found out accidentally because her social worker printed out some papers trying to help her file for disability. She’s repeatedly asked for a week if she’s on meds for HEP C and they won’t answer!
It’s curable with meds only. On top of that, she had a yeast infection and it took 5-7 days to get medication for that!! Obviously they don’t care what happens and if she dies of HEP C…I guess their attitude is OH WELL!
I’m about to file a complaint with the California Medical Board in Sacramento.
