very bad attitude of the first floor entrance worker with the red hair also very rude. My mother was supposed to be there for only four days and I experienced difficulty to get her transferred to another facility. I had to keep contacting the social worker to send a referral to the new site. Excuses stating the fax machine was not working well. Another fax machine could have been utilized. I suggested for my mother to be gotten up and dressed daily-never happened. How is a patient to be rehabilitated if they are kept in bed daily. I had to consistently complete task that the staff should have been doing-wash and comb her hair, face and hands, wipe crumbs off her bed, floor and tray. Often times I found pills still on her tray or on the floor. They once braided her hair and left it uncombed until my next visit. My mother hair was so tangled that it had to be cut-the staff states to me well it will grow back. The staff dropped my mother twice and two staff were standing right near her. I also had to clip and cut her fingernails and clean them. I often times had to clean the floor from trash and crumbs and found ants among the debris. when inquiring about various care to the staff the response was “I don’t know”.
