Caraday Assisted Living is an amazing community and takes great care of the residents! The staff teat everyone with kindness and respect and it feels like one big happy family!
The stated mission is wonderful, especially for their dedication to military veterans (having more vets, including women vets, than any other assisted living facility in this area).Unfortunately, there appears to be a lack of written or clear job descriptions for carrying out the mission. Both residents and staff seem to be unwilling to express this to the director, particularly in written form, which then hinders the ability of the director to concretely address specific issues vs rumors. Keep trying, and thank you. I have faith that we can suceed and grow!!
